Staff access is protected and can show names, membership status and attendance records for operational purposes.
A member verifies once with a membership code and PIN. PINs are stored as password hashes, not readable text.
The station QR identifies the gym location. The member's signed-in phone session identifies the member. A confirmation tap prevents accidental attendance.
This public site is currently a synthetic demonstration. Production tenants require a gym-specific data policy, staff roles, retention settings and consent language before real member data is imported.
